“During Francis' time as a Salesforce CRM Intern at the University of St. Thomas I had the pleasure of interacting with him in my role as Senior Software Engineer. Francis had been tasked with building some interactive widgets for our Admissions Application portal. He dove into this task with enthusiasm and impressed the client, the Admissions department, with his innovation and creativity meeting their desired messaging and design. This task involved building front end Web interactions utilizing coding in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Francis was self-motivated to tackle these coding challenges, but also willing to seek guidance when he needed it. We met regularly to review his code and I was impressed with his ability to take constructive instruction but also at what he accomplished all on his own.
